Longtime Superintendent Buddy Pickle retires after 37 years

Congratulations to Ronald “Buddy” Pickle on a remarkable37-year career with Cooper & Company
Buddy is Cooper & Company’s most tenured team member. Hired by founder Ted Cooper in 1989, he has served as the firm’s seniorsuperintendent for 37 years. Before Buddy joined Cooper & Company he served as an electronic technician in the U.S. Army.
Since then, Buddy has been instrumental in the success of many projects completed by Cooper & Company. His experience ranges from aquatic centers, governmental, correction facilities, schools and poultry facilities. He is known for his exceptional leadership and building trust with owners.
Buddy has supervised many complex and high-level projects in his long-standing career. Some of these projects include:

In addition to his many award-winning projects, Buddy has also received the Ron Amerson Certificate of Safety Award from the Association of General Contractors since 2006 for his excellence in maintaining accident-free jobsites.
