The project consisted of renovating 266,000 sf of existing classrooms with a new 6,000 sf addition. In addition, all 9 acres of exterior parking were repaved with asphalt along with extensive hardscape work. The school was able to move students into a newly renovated school without disruption or need of temporary classroom trailers. The original duration schedule for the project was 22 months, but was completed in 12.
