The COOP Group Building is a new building addition of 14,000 SF around the current building and the renovation of 10,000 SF of current office space. The building has a total of 44 new offices, 2 conference rooms, a new training room, new exercise room, new breakroom , all new restrooms along with more room for storage. The outside of the building is all new aluminum store front glass with metal insulated panels. The site includes additional asphalt parking, new landscaping with a bio-pond.
