The Good Samaritan Health and Wellness Clinic had a 14-year vision for the renovation and addition of its clinic to serve the citizens of the greater Jasper area in its needs for medical, dental and vision services. Cooper & Company took over the CM-At Risk project from a contractor unable to complete the work. The Cooper team worked to source original owner supplied material, relocating purchased materials to reduce storage cost and providing VE alternatives and cost saving after the project had already started to achieve a successful completion on this 14,000 sf project.
