Good Samaritan Health and Wellness Clinic Phase 3

This project included the construction of a 10,746 SF, 2-story building, with (2) one-story connecting corridors to the one-story Good Samaritan Health and Wellness Center Building. The building is a combination of steel structural beams and columns, concrete slab on grade and elevated slab on metal deck, and wood stud exterior walls. The envelope consists primarily of cementitious lap siding with vinyl windows to match the existing building. The roof is constructed with wood trusses and asphalt shingles to match the existing building. The building is fully conditioned and fully sprinklered. The interior spaces include 2 interior stairs, a new elevator, a pharmacy, exam rooms, offices and lab spaces, and a multi-purpose room.
