Cobb Instructional Support Center
An addition and renovation to the current CCSD Central Office taking place in two phases. The project addition totaled 73,798 SF of new construction and 43,080 SF of renovations to the existing building. Construction included a new lobby, board room and connector to the three-story office tower. The office remained open during the construction period. Phase two was a renovation to the current center office which includes renovations to the warehouse.
