Cooper & Company renovated a 38,000sf housing and administrative structure to provide new interior finishes, video surveillance, and electronic security hardware. Additionally two new 40-bed housing units were constructed along with a new multipurpose gymnasium. Additional features include a modified 1200sf state of the art kitchen, two exterior basketball courts, sports field and volleyball court. A movie was filmed at the facility once the original work was completed in December 2011. Because of our relationship with DJJ, we constructed a $1,100,000 addition in January 2013. The dorm addition included a 12-bed housing unit, upgrading the control room surveillance systems and various security light fixture modifications. The work was completed in July 2013.
