Project Description

This project consists of a state-of-the-art LEED certified, new construction library, for the City of Norcross and Gwinnett County. The project is 22,000 SF and was built over a concrete parking structure. The building has a modern design with an exterior mixture of brick and aluminum wall panels. The interior has numerous open spaces with specialty rooms for adult readings, meetings, children’s area and teen gaming rooms. Features also include an elevated plaza area adjacent to the library including decorative planters and hardscapes. 2022 Build Georgia Award Winner.
