Project Description

This 22,038 square foot facility is double the size of the former Duluth City Library. It is built with LEED specifications and includes a meeting space for up to 120 people, learning labs, kitchen a la cart, meeting rooms and study rooms. sunshades were installed to reduce solar heat gain and tubular skylights allow for natural light. The building was built to preserve and protect at least 40 percent of the greenfield area on site.
