Cooper & Company renovated a 36,000sf housing and administrative structure to provide new interior finishes, video surveillance, and electronic security hardware. Additionally four new twenty-bed housing units were constructed along with a new multi-purpose gymnasium. Lastly, the existing 1,500sf kitchen was modified to support the increased inmate population. Features include Renovation of an existing DJJ Facility, Detention Cells, Renovation of M.E.P. Systems, Metal Roofing, Video Surveillance, Electronic Locking Control System, Modification of Existing Security Doors, Security Fixtures and Integrated Intercom Systems.
